boo school is starting in 4 days!

and in two days, the new year will begin!

i think this year was a particularly interesting year for me! and i think now as i look back at secondary school life [Oo sounds so old ):], i can't help but marvel at how much everyone has changed!

but i think i had a very meaningful year this year! with friends and class and GUIDES.

and all you guides out there must continue to jiayou okay! because it was really great being a CL (i never thought i would ever say this ><) but i guess, as we look back, we don't remember all the difficult/sad times, but all the beautiful memories we got out of it! and i think being a CL really made me grow up and learn a lot, and i think it was wonderful that i got to know many many more people in my term! i think in years to come, i'll still be able to remember strange details about guides haha ><

and thank you to all the wonderful PEOPLE who made my year wonderful (: michelle my fellow CL, batchmates <3 through many proposals and RAINs, wonderful juniors who were nice and gave me support (: and presents/notes to make me feel loved!

haha and michelle and i went for the YA carnival today haha and we signed up to be YAs (: so yes, admidst our busy lives next year, we'll still spend time with each other and hopefully go on an overseas trip to like sangam, together! hahaa (:

yes and i think this year's holidays were spent rather meaningfully! because i worked and earned some money to spent, and of course got experience too! and then i went to dubai/egypt with daddy, and i caught up with a lot of people!

so yes, now i shall blog about what i have done the past few days haha!

on wednesday, sangencao had our LONG AWAITED box reunion <3 haha AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRESENT CHERYLW <3! and yes, it was super fun, and once again, all michelle and i could do was sigh when we listened to cherylw's pitch perfect singing ): haha but it's okay, because every band needs the chorus-singers kind of people too :D hahaa and we took SUPER COOL neoprints! you can ask us to show you if you want to see :D haha but yes i think cherylw and michelle are like my best friends in guides <3 haha and of course, michelle is in class too haha! so yes, after our first time at kbox like at march last year, we finally had another kbox session with just the three of us again haha!

and on thursday i went kbox with hilary, our mummies and their friends HAHA IT WAS HILARIOUS I TELL YOU because we were so embarassed hilary and i were consistently trying to hide our faces haha! aunties, especially first timers, are REALLY FUNNY to kbox with!

and then on friday i went vivo with my mummy and her friends too haha the best thing about shopping with mummies is that they pay :D so yes i bought stuff haha! the zara sale was pretty good, i should say! but i walked until my legs pain, cos i walked in heels. then after that i had sakae dinner with sabby <3 haha sakae is like/ has been our favourite place since sec one!

and today i woke up at one and then went to the guides house YA thing with michelle, and it was so er un-YA, with the exception of talking to the YAs i met at camp challenge haha and then we just went to j8 after that and ate and talked haha!

yes, and holidays are ending! haha and jc hype is going around, with our ogls calling us and us finding out who we're put with haha and tuesday's going to be GREAT yayy (:

yayy i had fun the past week! i went out with lots of people!

on wednesday i had a haircut. and then went out with lina. and oh, if you bought gummies at the marina square mini toons, please be careful because we saw this little boy take a big strawberry gummy, kissed/licked it, and put the thing back in again. Oo

on friday i went out with kelly <3
on saturday i had a sleepover with lina and we just like spent the entire night talking la haha and we shopped the next day!

i got my nike bag and adidas milano sweater haha you see so many things crossed out of my wishlist now!

because i have been having retail theraphy after being sad on friday night i went to buy a lot a lot of things this past week ><

haha so now i got my peenk ipod nano and new roxy shirts and my nike bag and my adidas sweater yayy <3

haha then yesterday we had some christmas party thing, and today i was supposed to go for another sleepover but i feel like staying at home today ><

then on wednesday it'll be kbox with sangencao! on thursday i'm kboxing again with like my mummy, her friends and their kids, so it wont be so bad ><

and on friday it's sakae with sabrina!

we had a nice bbq with nice food, a pinata, and bubble balloon thing and sparklers (courtesy of princess!) and a nice cake and EVERYONE WORE PARTY HATS AND/OR MASKS :D

haha and yayy we had lots of fun er when i upload the photos you can all see how everyone looked in their hats/masks (:

and on my birthday i watched the holiday (: which was such a nice sweet show! jude law and cameron diaz are hot together! haha kate winslet and jack black are just plain gross ><

and then after that we went pooling >< which er wasnt very successful we were quite bad at it! but it was a nice celebration of my legality (:

YAYY. such fun holidays i dont want them to end!

and my parents never cease to amaze me. my dad decided to buy a new car, so we got a new car! the black honda odyssey i think, with a hole in the roof kind haha ><

and my brother just told me: mummy said we're adopting a dog. a husky. Oo and my mum previously would never get us dogs no matter how much we wanted them, so we'll see :D

I WANT TO SHOP. who wants to go shopping with me :D i have a lot of money to spend now i have $700 worth of work money!

HELLO EVERYONE I'M BACK DID YOU ALL MISS ME X)! AND WHAT A GREAT TRIP IT WAS (:

and haha i bet you all will never have the same kind of experience i did and it's hard to put down in words but IT WAS GREATFUN!

and this holiday was not your average go sightseeing kind, but i think i enjoyed it A LOT A LOT MORE!

firstly! because i had a nice time with my daddy (: no quarrels no arguments a very fun time! with the exception of him proclaiming : YOU SIAO AH! when i asked him to buy me clothes hahaa!

secondly! haha you all must be so jealous! because how often do you sit in a plane your daddy flies! haha and there were four flights in this week! singapore dubai, dubai to cairo, cairo back to dubai, and of course dubai singapore. and each time i heard my daddy's voice on the mike and it sounded weird haha!

thirdly! we went sightseeing with the crew! and our minibus driver was an ex racing car driver, so he zipped past the roads really fast! and the traffic in egypt is TERRIBLE. anyway the crew was very nice! and all the stewardesses were so FUN AND NICE AND FRIENDLY AND PRETTY (: and so sightseeing with all of them was very fun! and there was this very nice young stewardess! who's a trainee and she gave me a hug when we reached singapore (: i think the only thing sad would be that i will probably never ever see them again!

haha and they called my daddy 'captain' throughout the trip it was kinda weird >< but haha i think it was a mutual benefit travelling with them! because one of them did a lot of research and so we ended up visiting a lot of places! and my daddy would be nice and tip all the corrupted people there on their behalf hahaaa! but yes that's one of the benefits of having a pilot daddy!

so yes! it was a very fun trip! riding camels and horses and seeing all kinds of pyramids! i saw the giza pyramids, the sphnix, the red pyramid, the bent/black pyramid, the steps pyramid and er the-looks-like-a-heap-of-stones pyramid >< haha and we climbed them until our thighs ached haha!

and EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO DUBAI, BUT IN TWO OR THREE YEARS TIME. i'm going to go back! because i havent dined in the seven star hotel, ski-ed in the indoor ski slope, gone sand buggying/ riding the sand dunes and everything! but it is truly a wonderful place, with the exception of the traffic!

and this trip i had so much time to think about things, because standing in the desert next to the pyramids made me feel so insignificant. and i marvelled at the wonder of everything! and we went to the museum and my daddy didnt want to pay to see the mummies again, and it so happened that in that section, i was the only one. so i went into the mummies room, saw a mummy and no one else inside and i got so freaked out >< so i quickly stepped out, took a deep breath and decided to be brave and go in again! HEY being in the same room with about ten dead bodies is no joke okayy!

and then i thought further about what i wanted to be! because i actually wanted to be a stewardess for a period of my life! but i found out that the bond is two years, and i can't find two years of my life to fit flying in! because after jc, it's uni time, and hopefully i'll get a scholarship to go overseas, but it will have a bond of like six years, so after i finish my bond i'll be like 28, and by then i think i'll be too comfortable with my job to switch ): so yes, i think the only time will be when i'm er old! so i dont think SIA would want me anymore.

and being a pilot is not good too! because SIA sends all the females to silkair, and you obviously dont fly to as nice places. but then again, as i told bob, we can always be the first female pilots they hire or something ><

but yes, i feel extremely fulfilled after this trip (:

and i cant exactly think coherently, i dont think i told you much about egypt, cos this post is mostly about how i felt about the trip!

but i'll post photos soon and everything!
